We would like to introduce the case study of "mamaro" implemented at the Nagano City Arts Center in Nagano Prefecture. Due to the unique characteristics of the facility, which is combined with the city hall, there were only nursing rooms located far away, and we felt sorry for having to make mothers carry their crying children over long distances. By installing it, not only has the convenience for mothers increased, but we have also received feedback that it has allowed us to focus on hosting events with peace of mind, which we feel is a very significant effect.
